It depends which images you want to use. Some were made by us, some are based on free license but some we bough on photodune.net service.

Hi, Revolution Slider update will help you for sure if you use old version. Latest version of revolution slider is included into theme package and is located under betheme.zip/plugins folder.

What you showed above is gallery shortcode. This can be easily done with Muffin Builder. On the left side you can use "Column" with text inside but on the right you can use "Column" with gallery shortcode inside.

@SportNatural This problem is not related with theme at all. This is something due to slider files and that's why you must re-install slider files via FTP.
