Hi Kristin, does it happen on this one page only? If this happened on one page only, please contact with your server admin because max_input_vars variable is limited and that is the reason why builder disappeared from one page only. Thanks!

We checked your site on few different computers under different browsers (Chrome of course as well) and as you can see http://pasteboard.co/2t380WR2.png logo works fine. There is only one logo visible so this must be cache issue on your side.

If you use only one instance, then please deactivate all plugins and addons to check if one of them is not the reason of problems. Also please update your theme to recent version.

Hi, you can do easy trick :) Under Theme options > Footer section, please use empty space in copyright field. This is the only way to remove copyright section without "Back to top" button.
