If you want to make changes in the code, then you must play with index.php and includes/content-post.php files. But please noticed that we do not offer any files modifications so all changes you must do yourself.

All settings are stored in database but if you removed the old theme, then you won't be able to get them back. In this case you should contact with server admin because you got backups for sure and he will be able to get it back for you. Thanks!
