Hi, single products on that demo are based on template. To modify it, you have to go to Templates and edit single product template. The following tutorial https://youtu.be/1asYjRr1--E shows how to customize single product template.

As it's global setting that comes from Theme Options, what you have to do is go to Theme Options > Fonts > Size & Style, disable Auto Font Size and after that, you can define values for attributes like line-height.
