No, it is not a problem but you did not mentioned that it's multisite and that's why we couldn't help quicker. So if you use multisite, you need to change Table Prefix under Theme options > Global > Advanced section.

Our secondary menu does not have sub-menu included. It's reserved for main menu items only. It means you can set menu same as on http://themes.muffingroup.com/be/lawyer2/

It means that CUSTOM skin need to be set under Theme options > Colors > General section.
