You can disable slider on mobile under Slider Revolution > Slider Settings > Layout & Visual > Mobile section. However, as far as we know, slider does not have an option to replace one slider with another on mobile only.

What's your theme version then? Because if these are all options you have under Addons section, it means you have very old theme version. We saw above screenshots from mobile but we didn't noticed anything wrong.
