Hi, to install theme, you need to download wordpress installation files from wordpress.org and install them on own hosting. This is how you supposed to start.

Yes, this is true but the html code you have on your site is not the one that comes with theme. Looks like someone did lot's od customization in theme files as well.

Hi, yes, it is possible. You can change Project Link under Theme options > Blog, Portfolio & Shop > Portfolio section and then the link would be linking to project's websites defined for each Portfolio item.
