Transparency for header can be set under Theme options > Global > General section but the effect would be probably similar to what you already had. But you can try of course.

If you will do a brand install on freshly created database, the it wouldn't look the same. Like we wrote above, the code responsible for your popup video is not what comes with theme.

You need to wait so the Google can connect it. But if after time it won't work, you need to contact with Google developers and ask them what might be the reason because if the key is proper, then it has nothing to do with the theme.

What you ask for, requires files customization what in reference to Item Support Policy is not allowed. So if you want to modify files and don't know how, you should contact with your web developer.
