If it loads in header, the problem might be with slow hosting or 3rd party plugins. I would recommend to start from disabling 3rd party plugins.

We didn't done anything. As explained, most of the issues you've faced comes from your 3rd party plugins. You should disable those plugins as then bring more harm than good.

No, it won't affect BeBuilder as these are 2 completely different tools. If you use BeBuilder, you don't need elementor at all.
