Did you tried on different computers? Because until we are not able to re-create this issue on our end, we don't know how to help you. We did checked it on 7 different computers and on each everything is fine.

But built-in SEO option is independent of schema.org. Also, please notice that we do not have any option to import schema.org. It's already coded inside theme files and it is not possible to change already pre-defined tags unfortunately.
