Hi, did you tried to disable all 3rd party plugins (especially cache)? We can see that you are using such plugins but they are the most likely reason of such weird issues.

From what I know, @Phil have disabled all 3rd party plugins and speed have improved significantly what means the problem is on 3rd party plugins side.
