The screenshot we gave you above came from iOS but in Windows it looks exactly the same. And of course we checked in different browsers. We recommend to clear your cache because this must be the reason why it does not show up on your computer.

Hi, the only thing that came to our mind is that you did not set main menu under Appearance > Menus > Manage locations section. However, we did never tested Polylang plugin and we don't know what might be the exact reason of such menu behave.

@guerrerovinacua From what we see, the menu icon does not even load because you set empty space for Button | Text field under Theme options > Responsive > Header section.
