Ok, got it. We found that the problem is related with HR line with no-line class. And if you want to keep this HR, you need to use the following css to remove it's margin:hr.no_line { height: 0; }

This is actually retina.js feature which can be disabled under Theme options > Addons & Plugins > Addons section.

If you look into Javascript console [Printscreen deleted] you see how many bugs you got (missing files). This is the reason why tabs doesn't work properly.

Yes, the problem is with Chrome and we know about this. Chrome browser changed something and didn't even informed about it. When we find solution, we will add it to the update of course. Thanks!
