Hi, while site migration, we always use 2 plugins and did never had any problems with content or settings migration. Those plugins are: WP Migrate DB and Mfn CB Migration Tool. You probably forgot about the second tool :) Thanks!

Hi, we have no idea where did you read that Muffin Builder is available for shop pages but it's not. WooCommerce got own templates that are located under /woocommerce/ folder and it is not possible to modify them with included builders.
