Hi, you probably disabled hover effects on mobile under Theme options > Responsive section and that's why hover effects does not work.

Hi, we are sorry but it is not possible to use php inside Muffin Builder. PHP can be used inside files only.

Hi, there is no need to choose because both builders works at the same time. You can change it's order only. Please switch to default WP theme and check if the content created with Visual Composer appears when default theme is active.

On Blog page, your menu items are tooooo long and that's why doesn't look good. It's impossible to place such long menu in the same line as the logo. You need to cut the length of your menu items if you want them to fit in the same line as logo.
