We are sorry but like we wrote above, files customization are not allowed. So if you don't know where to look, you need to contact with your web developer who would be responsible for all modification in the future.

Hi, from what we can see, you set Stroke style for the buttons and that's why are transparent. So if you don't want them transparent, you need to change buttons style under Theme options > Global > General section.

From what we see, your logo is aligned to the right side because of your custom css. So please remove your own customization and the logo would be fine on mobile as well.
