Hi, the phone disappear because of your absolute position (800px left and -200px top). If you want to display phone on mobile devices, you can not set such positions because it would never work.

If it doesn't seem to affect then maybe you are using one of pre-defined colors instead of custom skin? Please notice that custom colors works only with custom skin.

As we can see, it's an image which is set on the left side and that's why can not be full width. If you want it to be full width, you need to set it up as section's background.

Hi, you are definitely wrong with your conjectures because it's not BeTheme for sure. We suggest to start from checking Appearance > System Status for any limits on server side. Please also make sure, that your PHP version is minimum 5.6

These are retina images and if you don't want to use them, just disable retina.js option under Theme options > Addons & Plugins > Addons section.
