If you mean background where girl sits on the stone, you can create something similar using section item. Just set background image for the section and also it's position (probably parallax if you want to have the same one).

Hey, the one is subheader's title but the other one is post title itself. So if you would like to remove post title, you can do this under Theme options > Blog, Portfolio & Shop > Blog section.
