Action Bar can be enabled under Theme options > Menu & Action Bar > Action Bar section.

Hi, if you made changes in theme files, you will lose them of course. But if you didn't touched files and all customization were made with included options, then you won't lose anything because all are stored in database.

Hi, we are sorry but we do not have such possibility. If you want to add buttons into Action Bar, you need to modify includes/header-top-area.php file which is responsible for header.
