Thanks for the screenshot because the menu you are talking about is sub-menu, not secondary. So to change font size of sub-menu, you need to use the following css:#Top_bar .menu li ul li a span { font-size: 13px !important; }

Hi, the only place where you can set subheader for all pages is Theme options > Header & Subheader > Subheader section. However, if subheader somehow does not appear, please send us dashboard access privately and we will have a look on it.
