As we can see it's called Secondary Menu. Did you set this menu as main menu under Appearance > Menus > Manage locations section?

Just remove the plugin if you don't need it.

If we are talking about the same thing, then yes. Images are cut of 15px by default from the bottom and above css prevent this effect.

@TomPhotos You didn't read our message carefully. We wrote that you need ICON BAR item, not ICON BOX. ICON BAR is a raw shortcode as is located in place where all raw shortcodes are. It's []+ button which is located on the WP editor.

Menu in the Action Bar is simple menu type and does not have drop-down.

Hey, this can be done inside theme file only. All widgets are located inside functions/ folder. Each widgets starts with widget- name.
