We can not answer on that question because we don't know. Currently we have hundreds of other features in queue that need to be done first. So we won't be able to have a look on it for the next few months.

To get back your custom css, you need to contact with your admin and ask him for backup from the time when everything was fine. That's the only way to get options back.

@dig4life Your site still does not work. Your site even ca not be loaded because of security reasons. We did checked it on several different computers with same effect.
