We don't know as well because the only multilingual plugin we tested and is compatible with BeTheme is WPML plugin.

We asked you for the link to your site where you did the update but we still didn't get it. Anyway, the warning you mentioned above, is not related with theme. If plugin update didn't helped, we suggest to re-install WP files on new/fresh database.

Your css is fine. However the problem is with too large image. You can not use such large images. You supposed to use similar size to what we used for default icons - 16x16px.

It's simple. More options = more memory need to be allocated on server. This is what more options have to do with the hosting.
