Hi, if you mean individual header background for individual pages, you need to use Featured Image option which is on the right side while page edition.

@uswebshark To make Muffin Builder content visible for plugins like Yoast, or you need to use Builder >> SEO option or you need to change Builder | Data Storage option to readable format under Theme options > Global > Advanced section.

Navigation, you can remove under Theme options > Blog, Portfolio & Shop > General section. In reference to tags and categories, we need link to page where you got it first because this can be removed with custom css only.
