Hi Dave, as theme author we have nothing to CF7 so you must look for a problem on the line between plugin and server. We suggest to contact with your admin to check what might be wrong on server side.

We are sorry but it is not possible to remove this effect per individual items. This can be done globally or per sections. If you want to do this per sections, you must set class names for sections where those items are first.

Offer slider does not exist as raw shortcode unfortunately. This item exists as Muffin Builder item only. All items of offer slider are located under offer section in the main dashboard on the left side.

Custom colors works only when Custom skin is selected. If you have one of pre-defined skins selected, custom colors won't work. Also, make sure that you don't have any cache because this could be the reason as well. Thanks!
