Sorry but we don't know because we did never met with anything like that and also we have no idea about servers. We may suggest to check Appearance > System Status section if you got there any limits.

This is how it exactly works. When we start scroll, this is what we get http://pasteboard.co/2tTVJ9Lr.png so it looks exactly as you described it (top bar becomes white with the small company logo on the left and menu on the right).

We don't know where exactly because we did not built this site but we see that some files and codes are different than the one that comes with original theme version. Anyway, we are glad to hear that our css was helpful :)

Ohh, ok. We finally got it what you mean. If you want to change default link of portfolio items, you should change Portfolio Link option under Theme options > Blog, Portfolio & Shop > Portfolio section.
