1. Yep, we are sure about that. It's something what you did on your end. These custom css's does not come with theme. 2. This is unfortunately not possible to put them in the same line.

So maybe you did not installed it? After theme installation, there was message about slider installation and you must ignore this message then. So to install Rev Slider plugin, you need to go to Appearance > Install plugins section.

You can do it very easy. Just go to Revolution Slider section, create completely new or import one of existing sliders and then under Page Options section when you create/edit page, use drop-down Revolution Slider field.
