We are sorry but we do not have any built-in feature that might create menu items with their sub-menu positions. To do this, you need to use Text widget like we wrote above with custom html code inside. For that you can try to use ul, li html tags.

If you don't have "Edit My Profile" section, you should re-install WP then because this section is not related with theme at all. It's WP feature.

Hi, profile picture can be set under Author setting's section. When you are logged in into dashboard, you need to click on Howdy, xxx > Edit My Profile section. This is place where you can set profile picture. Thanks!

It's not possible because all our demos were made with Muffin Builder and as you can see, all pages are being indexed. We suggest to look for a problem somewhere else (extra plugins, customization, etc).
