Hi, no, we do not have such possibility. The only option we got is to do not display background images on mobile. So if that's what you expect, you can find this option under Theme options > Responsive section. Thanks!

As we can see, the image you used is only 380x300px and that's why does not fit to frame. If you want to increase images sizes for some items/places, you need to play with functions/theme-functions.php file where all sizes are defined.

What you want to do is completely incomprehensible for us because we do not have any option to move titles and breadcrumbs below subheader. These are part of subheader. The file responsible for header/subheader is header.php
