Mobile devices (smaller screens) always inherit settings from larger ones. Therefore, if you set custom styling for desktop, mobile devices inherits these styles. In such case, you have to set custom styles for smaller screens.

Hi, you can switch to default wp theme and you will realize that it has nothing to with the theme. I would look for a problem in 3rd party plugins or on server side.

But you're talking about 2 different things. SHOP page is page with list of products while CART displays products added in the cart. Not sure what you're trying to do but you definitely should split these 2 different pages.
