Hi, Wrapper Offset is an option reserved for Section's Query Loop. From what I can see on your photo, you have query loop on wrap and that's why this option isn't available. This option makes sense on looped section only.

You need to check the license terms for each media yourself as these things constantly changes. From what I can see, in the past all were under free license but like said, you need to check license terms for each.

Hi Steve, under theme options, you can set CROP if you want to cut images to same size. But please note that size has to be adjusted to the smallest images.
