Ok, found them. Looks like one of your plugins is the reason. We suggest to remove all extra plugins first but if this won't help, please remove custom css.

But you got a slider in the top so we do not see logo that cover the content. We did checked it several times on different computers and did not noticed anything similar on any of then.

Hi, this is not a shortcode but built-in author info into single post pages. You can not use it as a shortcode in any place you want because it works on single posts only.

It should be under Advanced but you don't have it because you are using old theme version. Please update to latest version if you want to get this option.

It's called Stroke style but buttons style can be set only one per whole site. You can not use different styles in different places. So if you want to change button's style, you can do this under Theme options > Global > General section.

Hi, you can increase logo's size under Theme options > Global > Logo section where fields responsible for logo size are.

Above css was just an example so you need to use own values instead if you want to this line to be lower.

Hi, to decrease menu height, you need to use extra css:#Top_bar .menu > li > a { padding: 30px 0 !important; } but because the logo is quite big, decreasing above padding, won't change to much.
