It's all because of your customization. We suggest to go back to original theme files and remove all customization. Otherwise, you need to contact with person who did all those customization for you.

On our demos, we use W3 Total Cache plugin as well. So after plugin installation and it's properly configuration, you should have the same result (of course it your hosting slower than our because this might be the reason as well).

You can try to use rows shortcodes if you want but we are not sure if this would help you. All these shortcodes you can find under []+ button which is included into WP default editor.

Sorry but we can not agree with you unfortunately. This is no theme. The problem is definitely on your end. We suggest to deactivate plugins but if this won't help, you need to remove everything and do fresh installation of WordPress and theme.

Hi, 1. To remove main header only, you need to use extra css:#Top_bar:not(.is-sticky) { display: none !important; } 2. For galleries, we use default WP gallery. You can check the gallery shortcode as well.
