We did checked your site in IE11 and as you can see on http://pasteboard.co/1W8IJsdP.png everything is fine. We did not noticed any problems with menu.

To be honest, we do not have other method to do what you need.

All you can do is increase grid width under Theme Options > Global > General section. Except that, we do not have other suggestion.

Please update theme to latest version then because the problem must be with your files. Before that, you can try to deactivate plugins and remove all custom css because the problem is not related with theme itself.
