@codecopyco The space you got, comes from header background. I you don't use any background images in header, you can activate "Minimalist" option under Theme options > Header & Subheader > Header section.

Yes, this is correct setting and this option should make subheader transparent but only if you uploaded image header background. As we see http://pasteboard.co/1GHhawm8.png your header and subheader got the same background so looks like it's fine.

Hey, because gravatars are 64x64px, you can not increase it's size unfortunately. We just do not have any impact on how big gravatar is.

Hey, did you tried Mfn CB Migrate Tool as well? Whole moving websites we use only 2 tools: WP Migrate DB and Mfn CB Migrate Tool and all paths inside database or Muffin Builder must change.
