Hi James, "speech mark" is missing because you set simple style for your site under Theme options > Global > General section. If you want this image back, you should switch to default style (the same as we use on our main demo).

Hey, some hover effects does not work on mobile because of the server configuration but so far we did not found any information what this could be. As theme author, we do not have any impact on your server settings. Thanks for understanding!

So if you want to put the logo on all sites, you should set this logo under Layouts section where you set custom layouts for individual pages.

This is muffin builder item. When you are under "Page options" section where Muffin Builder is, you will see section blocks that are green and inside which are WRAPS and ITEMS.
