Hi, this requires files customization what in reference to Item Support Policy is not allowed. So if you want to modify files and don't know how, you should contact with your web developer. Thanks for understanding!
-
You're welcome ;)
-
Hi, we did checked above, but we did not found anything wrong and to be honest, we have no idea why Google shows errors.
-
Hi, Love box, can be disabled under Theme options > Blog, Portfolio & Shop > General section. In reference to date, which date you mean? The one that comes with the author under the title or date below social icons?
-
Hi, this is section's background. You need to edit SECTION item to change this image.
-
Is it single portfolio item? Or what?
-
Hi, we did checked your site and the background of menu is white on mobile. We did not noticed anything wrong.
-
Hey, we are sorry but we do not have such option included unfortunately. Thanks for understanding!
-
Hi, try to change section's background position because this is how some setting works on mobile in Safari. Thanks!

Did you saw such Divider somewhere on our demos? Because we are not sure how exactly these dividers should look like.

Hi, 1. The header you use won't be never transparent. It's just impossible. If you want header to be transparent, you should use the header type that is transparent. 2. Sorry but it's not possible with your header type. Thanks!
-
@klstock12 Check Settings > General section.
-
Hi, we did checked your site and looks like you did not set different logo for mobile what you can see on http://snag.gy/T1z0K.jpg
-
Yes, it works because we tested it. We did checked above site, and css does not exist so we have no idea what you did exactly or where pasted the css we gave you.
-
Where exactly you get this message? Please show us to us on screenshot because we've never seen such information.

Hi, do you mean that something is wrong with the settings under Settings > Reading section? If that's what you mean, switch to default WP theme and then check.
-
Hi, no, this one is not possible. Thanks for understanding!
-
So please send us private message with dashboard access and we will check it ourselves.
-
Yes, you must display them all if you want to filter them with jQuery. This can not be improved because like we wrote above, both are technically incompatible.
-
If you want to center menu, use Stack: Center header type.

So you are saying that you removed current slider, created new one and does not work? How you created new slider then? We did checked your code and we found that you have a lot of html errors what might be a problem. Please open your website in Fire…

Hi Celso, this is obviously not an issue. This is how it works. And we are sorry but we do not have any option to switch from default to our alerts. This requires files customization. Thanks for understanding!
