We meant default wp theme like twenty eleven or similar. We do not speak about your extra theme. If plugin works fine when you activate default wp theme, then we need FTP and dashboard access from you. Just send them us privately.

There is no other way. Link must be added normally. You can rebuild site with VC but remember that this plugin is not compatible with some of our items/shortcodes.
