We suggest to do few things: 1. Remove whole custom css. 2. Deactivate extra plugins 3. Re-install theme files if above 2 steps won't help.

We just showed you where the problem is but now you need to contact with your developer or admin because this issue is not related with theme at all. It's something on your side. This might be extra plugin or something wrong on server side.

If you are unable to change colors thru Muffin Options panel, there is few reasons why this might happen: - cache - you don't have Custom skin selected - one of your plugins is the reason
