Like we wrote above, if you did not modified any theme files, you won't lose any settings because all are stored in the database. We do not keep any settings in files.

@tzviwgschal Did you read the first message we left under this topic? We explained there how to import pre-made sliders that are included into package.

@fatibey77 You need to contact with your admin because Internal Server Errors are related with limits on server side only.

Hi, looks like you use pre-defined skin. If you want to use custom colors, you should switch to custom skin and after that set all colors under Theme options > Colors section.

Hi, all you need to do is update theme files by removing current theme files from FTP, and upload the files from recent version only. Thanks!

Hi Jamie, what you ask for, requires files customization what in reference to Item Support Policy is not allowed. So if you want to modify files and don't know how, you should contact with your web developer. Thanks for understanding!

This happens with sticky header, is because of your custom css. We suggest to contact with person who is responsible for this because your custom css should be modified.

Yes, it is possible. To display different header backgrounds on different pages, you need to use Featured Image option which is on the right hand side when you edit/create pages.
