Ok, we see what you mean. What you can do in this case, is change background color of that menu on mobile what can be done with the following extra css:#Top_bar #menu { background: #000 !important; }

Hi, background color of your navigation comes from Theme options > Custom CSS & JS > Custom CSS section. Below css is responsible for that color:#Top_bar { background-color: rgba(0,0,0,.7) !important; }

Placeholders are rendered by browsers themselves and you can not change that default grey color.

For 4 rows, you must use smaller value than 24.9%. Because VC uses flex which does not work properly with Safari, we suggest to use our Muffin Builder instead. We will report it to plugin's author but we don't know when this could be sorted.

To be honest, this is first them when we see something like that and we have no idea where does it come from. Maybe you should try to remove all extra plugins and then check or contact with your admin and ask if it's not something on their side.

Hi, this requires files customization what in reference to Item Support Policy is not allowed. So if you want to modify files and don't know how, you should contact with your web developer. Thanks for understanding!

Like we wrote above, the problem is with one of your plugins. If plugins deactivation does not help, we recommend to install new/fresh WP without ANY plugins and just install the theme because you definitely did something wrong on your side.

Hi, looks like images sizes are wrong. Please remove them and upload in the same sizes and then try so set as flat.
