Ok, we did checked above site and found that background is the same in Chrome, FF and IE. Under all of them is light grey what you can see on http://pasteboard.co/17QSrH5p.png - so it's not white as you stated above.

Until we won't be able to re-create this issue on our side, we have no idea where this space might come from. We did checked on few different computers under different browsers with the same result as on screenshot we sent you in previous message.

If files are there, then you must contact with your admin and ask why server doesn't want to load them because it's simply not related with theme at all.
