Hi, VC plugin is really hard to work in some cases and this is one of them. What you can try do to is go to Theme options > Footer section and set Sticky to bottom style. But if this suggestion won't help, we do not have any other workaround.

This is how CF7 plugin works so we do not have any solution for this. If you want to modify the plugin, you need to contact with plugin's author.
