No, this css is wrong. We have no idea where from you get it but our css is whole in one line and is much longer and bigger than what you presented above. Please turn off static css and try to find the right css once again.

Hi Paul, you can link to sections only. You need to set Custom | ID for the section and then use the link like: http://website.com/page#custom-id-name
