So this one is not possible unfortunately. What you ask for, requires many files customization and if you don't know how to do it, you should contact with your web developer.

@CandyAppleRed As we see, you got this mobile menu finally - in the left top corner what you can see on http://snag.gy/aLWQU.jpg - this is mobile sticky. If you don't like it, you can switch to regular under Theme options > Responsive section.
