Hi, this looks like you got subheader active. You can turn off subheader under Theme options > Header & Subheader > Subheader section.

We don't know where because we do not use this cache. Looks like it's plugin or something like that because everything is cached and then css in minified.

Hi, it's because you use VC plugin with full width rows. This is how this plugin works. If you will use our Muffin Builder instead, the content would be centered out of the menu.

On above image, we see the margin on the right side, not left like you said above. So do you mean margin on the right? Or maybe you mean the margin which is on the left and the right side?

Yes, that is wrong. BTW the default value that comes with theme is 1239px. If this won't help, then please turn on cache and minify so we can have a look into code.
