Hi, plugins like Events Calendar got pre-defined sidebars that can be found under Appearance > Widgets section. You can not create own sidebars for pages related with plugins.

Hi, you can not create 3 different layouts of blog pages. Different layouts you can set per items only, not pages like Blog. Under Theme options > Blog, Portfolio & Shop > Blog section, you can set layout only once per whole site.
