If the effects that we got on our demo works on your phone, the difference may be between servers. On some servers such effects works but on some not. This is not related with theme and coding but with server machines.

This is right top bar. You can hide it under Theme options > Header & Subheader > Extras section.

Under Theme options > Global > Logo section, you have field where you should type logo width. It's necessary for SVG logo type.
