Hi, WooCommerce have own default sidebar which is called Plugin | WooCommerce. You can see this sidebar on above screenshot. Please notice that's the only place where you can put widgets related with WooCommerce plugin. Thanks!

Hi, this area looks like header background feature. If you don't use it, you can easily remove it by activating "Header | Minimalist" option under Theme options > Header & Subheader > Header section.

Hi, try to switch "Nice scroll" feature under Theme options > Addons & Plugins > Addons section. That;s the only feature we have and which is responsible for scrolling.

We have an option responsible for menu position under Theme options > Menu & Action Bar > Menu section but if this won't help, link to your site is necessary. BTW we asked several times about the link but so far we did not get it.
