No, this one is possible. You can choose when mobile menu comes into play. This can be done under Theme options > Responsive section with Responsive Menu Initial width option.

As we see, responsive menu turn is active on devices smaller than 1240px and everything looks good. We do not see any 2 lines of menu.

You must did something wrong because if you would import Theme Options manually, you will get the same look. Please follow our solution once again because this is the only way to move these boxes up and it works on 100%.
