Hi Edith, sorry for the late answer. I found a solution with the plugin Search & Filter Here you can see it: http://stift-freiburg.info/mitarbeiten/stellenangebote Works quite nice, but needs some work and styling with css.

Are you sure, because in settings > media you can define the image sizes created, no? So, BeTheme isn't creating any additional image sizes?
